He didn't see the boy having sex with his daughter. He sat and waited for them to come out of the bathroom. You now can't use rage as a defense because your action was premeditated.
The daughter let the boy in the house so its not like he's trespassing.

I was punished not for the sex but for disrespecting another person's home- lesson learned - but awhile later my father sat me down and explained to me that a man is ultimately responsible for all of his actions... in this case avoid being in the "wrong" place at the worst possible time, by thinking the situation through, never just follow your dick expecting things will be OK. I dealt with something similar several years again in which the my son was laid up in the bed while the young lady was taking a shower when her mom came in. Her mom and stepdad came to my house snapping on off like "you need to whup his ass"...I asked "did you whip her's?"
