If you're banging a mans daughter you don't disrespect him in his house and if you do you'd better be on high alert! These kids are way too nonchalant and casual during these confrontations as if they're unaware of the threat level following this disrespect !? Police and courts are women's code now they're involved it's all fucked up. Taking a loss or an ass kicking is often beneficial to a young man. So the boy's mom is cool with him having sex and getting caught in other people's houses naked. Sounds like the police gave her the option to not press charges since the boy was some what in a moral wrong but she went the other route.

No... The boy's parents should be punishing him. He may be dealing with some harsh punishment now for all we know. The girl's father has no legal right to put his hands on the boy when the boy was invited in by the daughter. The father entrusted his daughter to make good decisions and she failed at it. That does not mean he gets to beat on someone.

For arguments sake, Let's say this wasn't a case involving this man's daughter and her naked boyfriend. Let's say this case involved this man in his own home and his son. If the son pops off at the mouth at his father and his father reacts by punching his son in the face and chest, he could be arrested for assault, if his son called the cops. Therefore, the boy's mother was absolutely right to have the police arrest the girl's father. If he wouldn't technically be allowed to assault his own child under his own roof, he has no right to assault sometime else's child in his home, considering that the boy was invited in AND didn't put his hands on anybody.

IMO they were right to do that. Kid was wrong for being there and all but he's still a kid. Unless Dude was defending himself or his daughter from imminent danger, no way he should have put hands on the kid because he was 'mad'! He actually needs his ass whipped by another grown man.
