Lebron James.................

I think he made the correct play in the utah game. lmao at the announcer saying great defense to leave haslem open. with that being said clearly anybody can see that lebron has a little bitch in him when the pressure is on.

Just curious, you're not comparing jordan era Pistons to LeBron era Pistons are you???

One was an all-time great team and the other was one of the better defenses ever. But no, I did not say they were equivalent because one was again, an all-time great team and the other was not. What I said should have been clear though homie. That was a very good championship team that Lebron murdered in the clutch, in the playoffs, with little to no help. And I have never seen one player kill one of the better Pistons teams like that. So the idea that he gets scared in the clutch now makes no sense.

That pass against Utah wasn't a bad basketball move, Haslem was wide open, and Lebron was about to face a double team.

I dont see nothing wrong with the pass thats Haslim bread and butter that open free throw jumper, if Lebron would have tried to take that last shot he would have been triple teamed

Durant bricked about 4 straight shots down the stretch tonight, where is his 10 page thread?

The difference is Durant isn't scared to take the shot and he lives with the results... LeBron didn't even take the shot and he's on Twitter crying about how he lost the game for them..

After watching the final seconds of the All Star Game, it easy to see. Lebron doesn't wont that last shot, he doesn't wont the responsiblity and people just don't wont to have to realize it.

Yes Pat can I have an A and possibly an apostrophe?

Thanks reading that was brutal. :smh:

I'll bet he speaks the same way. :hmm:

Y'all worried bout right basketball moves, right basketball means nothing when u r the superstar..he calls himself "KING" yet in close games he acts like a jester... He is scared to take the last shot so he passes. If he misses its still a loss. Same as haslems shot. Lebron has hit freak show shots before he did a shitload of them during he asg too... I mean shit haslem was cold all night, if he was hitting that shot all night I get it but he was cold, lebron was hot. Lebron shoulda took the shot.

Go up strong and follow through at best he hits it, at good he's fouled in the attempt then hits ft's at ok he Misses it and worse he passes it..Jordan passed to kerr and them yes but he also took the shot too... That's the sign of a champion, one who is fearless in glory or failure.

Funny thing is y'all r mentioning big shots he hit in the past are only serving to prove the fail in him now. he is scared to lose now the attention is even heavier. So unless wade or bosh wins it he never will.

Sooner or later he will have to take the shot, now I worry he will be so shook he will shoot an air ball or miss a layup or dunk.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Shooting 30 foot threes at the end of a game sure shows a lot of heart. Ninja is 6'11 and was scared to drive on the Hawks. Over the past day how many posts about Bron have you made? Now how many KD threads have you bumped? KDs biggest problem this season is no one cares what he does, he's not LeBron. Even the dudes who hype him would rather talk about someone else.

By the way you still aint answered my question, you got LA winning the title?

In context, I see what you are saying, ....in context.

Yes, it does.. You make some, you miss some.. But you take the shot.

No one focuses on Durant when he comes up short because he isn't walking around calling himself "The King" and "The Chosen One", and guaranteeing 10 championships.. If LeChoke was a humble cat he wouldn't get half of the criticism he receives.

You talk as if the criticism is gonna stop him. Even with that kind of adversity, Heat are on to the best start in their franchises history. I cant even get you to display some heart and toughness and tell me who is gonna beat him this season? Anybody can trash a player they dont like, LeBron hate in 2012 is like shooting a caged deer. But will you tell me who is better and will win the title? Why do you run from that if you so sure it wont be #6? As "humble" as Durant is, you still dont believe in him enough to tell me he will win it all this year. How is being "humble" helping him?

I swear some of you people watch too many comic books...
If this is how young ballers think I really feel sorry for their coaches.
Coach: Hey kid why did you shoot the ball with two guys on you, when you had an open man, thats not how we drew that play.
Kid: Im no sucka I gots heart.

Magic and a bunch of other NBA players think he should have taken the shot, but that's neither here nor there. My problem with dude is that he cares WAY too much about what the average fan thinks, especially the non-Heat fans and fans he may have lost once he left Cleveland.

Now when you play at a high level you SHOULD takle losing hard. All great players do. The difference is that the great ones stopped caring about other peoples opinions and shake it off. When LeBron truly stops giving a fuck he'll win a ring.

Obviously posters like Manhattan have never played basketball at a high enough level that has even required the use of referees.

The fact that people are even seriously debating the issue shows how poorly educated fans are these days when it comes to basketball.

You act like Lebron... and every other elite player isn't doubled teamed on almost every single shot they take...

RR... You and Your Stan Logic :smh:

You still trying to attack someones basketball IQ and you failed to answer the legitimate question I posed to your bitch ass a few pages back? How is passing it to someone that ICE COLD the right play when you're RED HOT? No one is saying just jack up anything, a better play should have been executed..

Oh and xfactor, I guess Magic doesn't know shit about basketball either huh?

No but if you have a open man for a 15 foot shot, you should never question his intentions... Some of you guys act like he never hit big shots before... Shit he hit plenty big shots in much bigger games, so to assume he was afraid is beyond reaching..

they hyping up that heat lakers game on abc. "if i was the lakers i would send a message to the heat in this game, we all know the heat is not a mentally tough team" ...magic johnson.

Even better question. Why was Haslem even on the floor in that situation given he'd been laying bricks all night?

The thing is, if it was Shane Battier taking the shot this is an entire different conversation...

Manhattan you bringing that ether right now... Jordan dumped it off to Kerr and Paxton not Duckworth and Luc Longly

The second defender didn't come out to cover Lebron... Lebron drove to the defender's side... this whole conversation is silly

:hmm:
When you say "plenty" in much bigger games.... do you mean the ONE miracle he hit against the magic in a non-factor game of the series?

Is that right?
So answer the question: is magic and everyone else watching who says he has to take that shot just inexperienced and 'hating' on your King?

Lebron has a well documented track record of FOLDING... not saying he can't shake it but to deny that he has a tendency folds in high pressure situations is STANNING

Yup.

He could have drove to the lane on that play but he didn't want the pressure to either make the shot or hit the free throws to win the game. Lebron has shown that he's doesn't want that pressure so the two-time NBA MVP, best player in the league puts the pressure on Udonis Haslem to hit the game winning shot.
/end of conversation

Why is this up for debate

I am amused by this.

I heard the commentators say that they should give DWade a hard foul.

Maybe bynum should do it.

So then somebody could tune his knees up

As for the back and forth, its funny how convenient his detractors memories get.

It also is funny how they never apply any of their same arguments to the "other guys" You know the "humble ones" who are "dedicated to their craft"

But like I said, I think he could have taken the shot.

What about his big games he had vs Boston and Detriot?

Fact, James has 5 game winning shots in the playoffs... Fact: LeBron is a lot closer to Jordan in terms of game winning efficiency in the playoffs than Kobe is to LeBron... Fact: the reason why yo9u guys never post stats because you don't have any.

Hype and fluff doesnt translate well into stats.

For all them rings their idol got his most recognized & celebrated moment in the playoffs is a pass to Shaquille O'Neal. "Sidekick" ass ninja.
