Piggybacking on a BGOL thread but what are some of the things you've heard come out of a man's mouth that made you want to stop communicating with them altogether?
In regards to taking his child on one of the nights that him and my best friend had agreed upon, he called and said "I don't feel like babysitting tonight". I remember that night so vividly because I just wanted to go over there and beat his ass. But that wasn't my fight and needless to say, his dumb statement was the beginning of the end of that friendship.
An ex of mine had some teeth issues. When I asked him about getting them fixed, he said "I'm just keeping it real". Homey was an accountant and had very good insurance, so I dunno.
One of my closest friends went on a date with a guy not too long after she relocated to Jersey from Atlanta. He suggested a nice Ethiopian spot. She was impressed that he even ventured to an Ethiopian restaurant. But when they sat down to eat he was extremely annoyed that "hot wings" wasn't on the menu citing "all black people should know how to make hot wings".
