What the hell? This was Cam Newton's worst year as a pro. He played inconsistent all season and at times looked like he regressed. Cam did not deliver that Playoff win last week either... he played below average. A lucky draw of the Arizona Cardinals and Ryan Lindley being the worst quarterback of all time is why the Panthers won. He follows that performance up with another sub par game against the Seahawks throwing 2 game altering interceptions. Russell Wilson showed you how a good athletic quarterback, with a good arm and the ability to read defenses and make great decisions is all about.

Cam has all of the talent if not more than Wilson yet he doesn't seem to have any of the intangibles Wilson has to be championship winning quarterback. Every year we get the same excuse... and he does the exact same thing.

Jordan Gross retiring had alot to do with the regression. Controlling the line of scrimmage will always be a deciding factor and not having Gross at LT was a problem since Week 1

Again... you don't exactly refute any of my points though. Facts are facts which you conveniently gloss over. I understand you are of course a fan of Cam's... cool. But he had issues all season long which even you had to acknowledge. This team was bad at week 13 and made a nice run in a terrible division and you act like Cam and Panthers actually did something this season.

The only part of Eli's numbers that shit all over Cam is his INTERCEPTIONS and TURNOVERS. Cam has 54 INTs, Eli got 185.

Cam's completion percentage & QB rating is higher than Phil's (55.4%, 78.5 ) as well. Cam has already surpassed Jake Delhomme as the greatest QB in Carolina Panther history.

Cam has been hurt all year man, and yet he played and never complained. Did you forget about the bad ankle that the TEAM recommended surgeon performed so late that he damn near missed all of training camp, and dude has broken ribs in his back, never complained

Wilson is obviously better!!!!, but he also have a better owner, a better line, FUCKING BEAST MODE, better receivers and this is after letting Golden Tate go, and of course a better head coach AND position coach. Carolina

Carolina is just a fucked up situation for a really good player in Newton, he has two running backs that play 2 good games per year, that offensive line SUCKS (although they played better today) but Cam still got hit way too much

Newton can
t read progressions for shit, he still focuses on one side too much, and his touch is 50-50--you just don't KNOW that ball is going to be their like say Rodgers. one throw will be amazing and the next will be 20 yards over the receiver---shit is weird.

Man Russell was floating balls over defenders PERFECT, Cam can't do that shit yet.

Shit makes me mad is that Wilson ran for 830 fucking yards this year, better than BOTH Carolina panthers, and the Seahawks say fuck it be you.

I think when Cam is allowed to be himself he plays far more free in the passing game. He looks like he cant make a decision in this offense this year.
