If they push him through, they get smashed in the midterms. Women and independents are already running from the GOP, but railroading Dr. Ford and jamming through Kavanaugh would truly seal the blue wave. If they don't push him through, they look weak and caved to the "libtards" and the base is even that much less enthusiastic about voting for them. This is truly a no-win situation for the GOP.

How about the dems knowing that voting in the mid-terms would kill the GOPs chances of appointing a conservative? If the Dems manage to win ONE seat, Trump would have no choice but to nominate a moderate or he would never get the votes.
GOP is truly fucked. I still think they'll try to jam him through. They know what's coming in November (in terms of the blue wave) but they also don't know what Mueller is bringing. This is why they're pushing so hard to rush this thing though.

Re: the foreclosure this was to her parents benefit. The judge dismissed the case and barred the lender from bringing it again. They still own the property.

The article never said her parents lost the foreclosure lawsuit . It was stated Kavanugh mother presided over the case . Did you somehow misread the article or not understand what you read ? The main part of what I was trying to convey is in the title of the article.

The articles you have been posting are hit pieces trying to state Ford has an agenda in coming after Kavanaugh. If it can't state what her brother did for at the law firm in regard to Fusion, then it is a BS story.
The story regarding the foreclousure was being heavily pushed by RW circles as a reason she had a axe to grind against the Kavanaugh family, then it came out it was decided in their favor. I obviously noticed that info was not included, nor were any facts regarding the case which would be helpful in determining if it was relevant or impactful to her accusation, which is why I quoted you to include it. You're welcome.
GOP is signaling hard they're going to push this through next week. The possible swing GOP voters are signaling a rally behind Kavanaugh if Dr Ford doesn't testify specifically on Monday. I hope the Dems have another wild card to play here. They need a really big supplementary story on this to blow up the GOP's plan to have a committee vote next week.
If this guy gets through, Dems take the House and Senate, they better pass a law to add addition judges to the Supreme Court from the current 9 to 11 that way Kavanaw will be relegated to Clearence Thomas status
In my opinion The house is 80% gone from the Republicans....the Senate now is in play for the Democrats. You see what I posted above his poll numbers drop to 31% and you republicans still going to try to shove him through with the sexual allegations hanging around him??? good luck Republicans
