Graduation was his best for me because that was before he started to experiment with his sound.

Don't mind the experimentation too much but it can be hit or miss.

man, tough choice between Late Registration and MBDTF. I gotta go with Late Registration as it felt more genuine and soulful.

Kanye's got a fantastic body of work

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy

just cause it was kinda a come back after all the Swift BS and sonically it was a throwback but sounded like NOTING else in hip hop...

very non-commerial:yes:

but Late Registration was outstanding and a classic...

makes you wonder which hip hop artist is actually capable of crafted a REAL ALBUM???

on that illmatic, blueprint , chronic, ready to die...vein.

Magnum opus (plural: magna opera, also opus magnum / opera magna), from the Latin meaning "great work",[1] refers to the largest, and perhaps the best, greatest, most popular, or most renowned achievement of a writer, artist, or composer.

Rappers.

And fuck your opinion. Jay, Em, and Kanye are the most recognizable faces in the game, and deservedly so.

As for Kanye's albums...

Late Registration - Classic

College Dropout - Near Classic

My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy - Hot Album

Graduation - Decent

808's and Heartbreak - Coaster

Why you mad tho?

So just to be clear, you put him in your top 5 rappers of all time?

College Dropout.

It may be because it was such a surprise and revelation but it's the joint that I felt the most from him.

Fuck outta here. That was an artist doing some different shit.

Same way I feel about MBDTF. The first major release after the death of his mother, the excessive fallout from the Taylor Swift incident and the Amber Rose breakup. As an artist that already has the fame and the fortune, he truly had full creative license on this one and he left it all in the booth. Oh and the depth of the production.....

MBDTF musically >>>>>>>

I'm not that big of a Kanye fan but Late Registration was my shit

Had to vote for that and I see im not alone in favor of that album

I say College Dropout which was my favorite Kanye albums...all of Kayne's albums (except 808) were great.....

Got to say College Drop out. I think I was in my Ying Yang Twins \ lil jon phase of music at that time. Pushed Kayne to the back for awhile. Was on my way to Kappa party with dude cross the hall from VA. He drove so I could not turn to something else. Listen for like 10 minutes and got hooked. Bought album next day.

I can never say anything wrong about Graduation. It dropped at a time where that whole album applied to my life in one way or another.

quite possible my favorite Kanye song...

my favs in order

1. Late Registration
2. Graduation
3. Dark Twisted Fantasy
4.
5.
.....yall gon hate me for this but as is stands, i'd put 808s on right now before i put College Dropout on...but i do like both albums....ALL his albums are great
