Here in NYC the issue is salaries are not raising fast enough to match the rent hikes. It's systematically built like this especially when gentrification is top dog in NYC. Raising salaries will make minorities stay in the areas longer. MY neighborhood they just opened up a FOOD COURT BURGER vendor, this vendor are located in all the top NYC food courts. Now I'm legit worried.
