As far as his motivation to insert himself into a situation that he never was asked by Kaepernick or his representation to join, I can only lay out the facts concerning Jay Z personal situation. Jay Z had no reason or right to place himself as representation for ANYONE. Kap has lawyers and money from Nike coming in, so why would he need the NFL to select Jay Z to represent Kaps interest without his permission.
