He popped off at the mouth without knowing all of the facts Saturday, Max Kellerman obliterated his argument yesterday, he looked like a damn fool.
Federal investigation my dude. Started in 2015 and Jay Z testifed in 2018. The case is still on going and the Feds can bring charges when they please.
Him testifying in 2018 doesnt mean the case is over with, it just means the Feds took his statements on a grand jury to see if this should go to trial
They now have Jay Z's testimony to a GRAND JURY and can poke all types of holes in his statements. If he gets caught lying on the stand he could be found guilty of purjury in addition of other charges.
This was posted to prove why Jay may be more interested in this situation than just making more money.
Think about this, Jay Z owns a sport agency and would be plumb dumb to advise one his clients to sign a wavier forfeiting the right to sue for hundreds of millions of dollars in exchange for a shot at a backup job in the NFL that at best would be a few million.
The NFL franchise owners are some of the most powerful people in the world. Look at Robert Kraft. Got caught up in a human trafficking case only to get the charges dropped because the message slaves said they were happy rubbing out 76 y/o sausages out of their own free will.
At this time, Jay Z still is involved in a Federal investigation and could be manipulated by people holding the keys to his long term freedom.
When you save the NFL from Billion dollar loses, things like securities fraud case seem to disappear. People who are guilty as sin don't get rounded up with the rest of the group.
It's not wonder he was putting on such a big show in that board room. Dude was acting as if something big was at stake for him to get Kap back in the NFL. The NFL are the ones who started this entire fiasco out the blue. Kap didn't force this or ask Jay Z for this favor.

You're wrong on this. He never used football to talk about the issues directly. He answered the questions he was asked (remember this was after his SILENT protest). Look at the interviews from weeks 14 to 17 when the reporters stopped asking about issues. The focus was completely on football. He never said a peep about anything else. Kap's coaches and teammates were interviewed after the season and, to a man, they all said he was 100% committed to football. When it came to anything else he would speak to them during their off time, not during work hours.
Now lets expand on this because people are using that lie of they don't know what he wants to be. A football player or activist?
We already addressed he wants to be a football player first and do good in his community. The question here is WHY ISN'T ANY OTHER PLAYER ASKED THIS?
Phillip Rivers, Eli Manning, Matt Ryan, Drew Brees, Dak Prescott & Alex Smith are all quarterbacks who are deeply involved with doing activist work (some have their own organizations). No one (am I mean NO ONE) has ever questioned if they want to play football or be an activist.
The NFL is full of shit because it has the Walter Payton Man of the Year award which celebrates players doing great work in the community. All of those QB's I mentioned were all nominated for the award. Yet they are celebrated and Kap is questioned.

My focus was to find Jay Zd motivation for inserting himself into the Kaepernick protest. Why did Jay Z randomly select this cause and make all these statements? That's a legit question to ask considering there is much fir a man of his means to gain working with the NFL as the halftime music director aka Julie.
Him being entertainment director for the NFLs halftime show isn't proper motivation. The NFL makes artist pay $250k to be the main halftime show. There isn't alot of money to be made from this. The NFL is also floating a BS narritive that Jay Z is being looked at as a potential owner. There are people with much deeper pockets who would love to own an NFL. Oprah, who has a much better reputation and much deeper pockets, has the money but is smart enough to know she's not getting in that fraternity.
The reality is that both the NFL and Jay Z are facing MAJOR litigation problems that could both go away if Kapernick signed that waiver. The NFL could lose billions of dollars and Jay could be looking at 5-15 years in jail because he was involved in a $200m scheme selling Rocawear.
If Jay gets five years, dude is gonna have to watch half the entertainment industry try to fuck his wife and I don't think Bey has the will power for dick only on conjugal visits. Seeing Bey booed up with Tyler Perry or Chad Boswick while eating gourmet Ramens prepared by Chef HeShe would drive that nigga insane.

There is no time being offerd because he hasnt been charged yet. That makes it easier to cut a deal with the NFL and use their connections to get him dropped from the investigation. If he was charged with a crime and his charges got dropped after kissing the NFLs ring, people would be more than just suspicious.
