Ive already expressed my thoughts on Marc's response and this makes it worse. You say this man put you on a list that could have seen not only you but potentially your family harmed, yet you don't believe he should be killed. Had Marc been killed by one of these crazies, Kirk would have simply said we got one and checked him off the list.
Indirectly, he stated his reason but id prefer if he outright said he fears the same would happen to him specifically or anyone in the publicly space. Particularly, someone like Dr. Umar who race bait similar to Kirk. Hence, the reason Umar dod the unexpected with speaking on Kirk’s death. Is easy make jokes and talk until you really have to put your life on the line.
To be clear, taking a life should never be the first option, but there are times this has to happen for the greater good. Kirk may not have been on the front line of any violent act against Black people. However, he is worse. His voice encouraged people to hate and potentially harm us. Even worse, he never had to physically get his hands dirty just like rich congressmen who said poor soldiers (not all) to war. Meanwhile they protect their kids from taking part. If Hulk Hogan would have been killed for being a racist, that is wrong to me. He didn't live his life influencing others in mass to feel like him. Kirk did and no one should show him any grace. People like Marc are still helping Kirk look like a victim which i know isn't Marc's intent. That little bit of grace Marc and others are showing is racist need to say see everyone agrees with us.
Also, even after a White boy has been found as the killer Black people and the left are still being blamed/targeted. Stop being respectful to people who would see you dead.at best it's ok not to say anything. Sometimes you don't need to be the better man.
