* Practitioner in network testing discipline ¿
* Understanding of TCP/IP, IOS, security, routing and switching
* Ability to design and document test plans and results
* Proficiency with a wide array of network test equipment
* Ability to communicate with all levels of management both orally and written
* Self starter
* Team orientation
* Results orientation
Secondary Skills:
* MS IT discipline or MBA
* CCIE
* Security certifications and experience
* Ability to conduct technical training to technical personnel
* Cisco Firewall experience
* Cisco IPTel experience and certifications
* Project management / SDM
* Proficiency in network test engineering
* Ability to interact with IT architects to solve business problems with network infrastructure including proper controls
* Understanding of how network technology and infrastructure can help the business achieve efficiencies
