I thought it was evident that the media was doing a hit job on Cosby credibility.
I looked at his career since his settlement in 2005 and he has not been doing too much. He tried to resurrect his career and image with this show on NBC and they went at him.
When they have something to keep you out, they are using it.
They didn't have to attack West and Smiley.
They used the divide and conquer tactic to attack Obama and they became white America's black darlings.
Which in turn caused alot of blacks to turn on them.

You can show support or objectively comment on the outlandish nature of some of these claims without making absolute assertions on guilt or innocence.

I wouldn't say he's getting a pass. His shit was publicized and I doubt he'll work again anytime soon; hell, in his case there's no doubt of his guilt because he admitted it himself. Legally nothing can be done though because of the time that has passed, and from what understand, the one victim that did come forward said she's not going to take him to civil court. ....and because his celeb stature is wayyyyy lower than Bill's, his story won't be back on page 1 unless new accusations come out.
Not saying that there isn't/wouldn't be a double standard if a white celeb of Bill's stature was in Collin's situation though.
