- Jay has no real skin in the game - he and his wife n team invested nothing but will get 50% of profits plus charge admin/management fees
-There is no transparency on investments or company assets
-investors / members have no oversight
-Management can spin off assets seperate from the fund
"why would I bet on you if you aren't betting on yourself "
and if the argument for Jay involves venture capital via crowdsourcing - the %50 profit share for management team should be much lower
