Jay Morrison shows off 30k sqft building purchased by #TulsaRealEstateFund

I guess that is my question. Will real investors invest in this?
no
- Jay has no real skin in the game - he and his wife n team invested nothing but will get 50% of profits plus charge admin/management fees
-There is no transparency on investments or company assets
-investors / members have no oversight
-Management can spin off assets seperate from the fund

"why would I bet on you if you aren't betting on yourself "

and if the argument for Jay involves venture capital via crowdsourcing - the %50 profit share for management team should be much lower

yeah.... you really didn't read this thread... no one is hoping he fails

the warnings in this thread are from those with real world experience in investing and or real estate
Everybody in this thread does not have no real world experience investing. The people who do Jagu and a couple other's weren't hating. The vast majority was hating and expect the worst from our people.

well then....
you have already read the board gurus breaking down tref - including a real estate attorney that is based in the same market as tref

so why are you asking dudes, who charge by the hour, to repeat themselves?

Because I can and I want to. Man everything hasn’t been read by everybody. Hell, plenty folk on here repeat themselves all the time. For instance..o_O
