Cats underestimate repping out 225. This is how i got my bench up quick. If you cant rep out 225 for 4 or 5 sets of 15 then you dont need to add more weight. Plus repping out 225 will have your body ripped as hell.

Don't feel bad bro, eight years after I benched 285 the same thing happened to me trying to bench 225. I felt likeI feel hella weak. I remember trying to hit 135 with no collars on. I ended up tipping the bar and both th 45's slid off.
