Running soccer gym
But then I got married and have a kid

It’s hard to do it all.
very hard to work,give time to the wife and the baby
And still have time to hit the gym.
we try to mix family stuff with exercise
Like taking the baby to the park and doing sprints and walking
Or taking her to swimming and doing laps

but keeping the dad bod away is fucking hard
 
I'm in decent shape but I make 43 next month, it's time to step it up. I know I don't drink enough water in a consistent basis and I workout allot. It's just late night cravings

I’m 45 and I coach four teams in my schools as well teach Judo and play in a Rec Baseball league, but I suffered three sports hernias and got surgery. I went from 188 cut to 215 sloppy. I got back on my grizzly and cut almost back down to game weight.
I realized that those late night craving are really sugar withdrawals and slight dehydration. Drink flax and water and it will hold you down.
You gonna be right by fall.

I am gonna get back on my photoshopped shit because I like the attention I get from coworkers and the little ninjas aunties n’shit.
But keeping all the way real on some serious shit, my wife got two auto-immune disorders. I am getting brolic so if she ever falls down, I can scoop her right up like luggage and do whatever I need to.
You pick up hoes recreationally, but I still want to front like I suplex hoes for fun on some Killa shit.
 
At the end of the day, you have to advocate and care about your own health but it’s so much easier to do the wrong shit than it is to what’s best for our health.
fukn dollar general and family dollar feed a large percentage of our people. People barely make a livable wage so how do you expect them to cop the right veggies and good foods when my spinach costs $7 and that gets you three pizzas and two drinks in a place like that?
Game is rigged so you gotta play your OWN game.

Drink water and tea, lightly sweetened. Lime or lemon water, fresh-squeezed.
