With YouTube and Google and Wikipedia huge hits are internet businesses coming back in a big way again? if so whats out there to keep an eye on or get into?

I believe we are reaching a point where the 15 min. fakers are being weeded out. These dot com folks, SEO cheaters and other class of folks have been put down by the big search engines and directory's technology. This presents an opportunity for real internet businesses to become visible and rise up out of a sea of get rich quick idiots. This growth, though small is adequate for ligit shops to move in and set up a long-term infrastructure condusive to substantial longevity and ROI.

Information sharing is an extremely profitable business - in fact, you can even solicit big companies to sponsor a blog or a useful website. Products are ok, but information is far more valuable long-term. I would start writing everyday - once you get the hang of it, put up a blog... use the blog to start building a network of individuals - industry experts, pros, etc. Think of the blog as a source of information and use it to launch a popular product once you have the pulse of the people so to speak.

^ Good Post.

See my "My Work At Home Blog" thread for guidelines on how to set up a profitable business online. With time you can be making residual income that lasts a life time. People are always willing to pay for information, especially information that is used to help the user make money.

is the Internet Bubble reinflating??
No it is not, it’s just dumb moves being made like google paying more than a billion for youtube. In a year there will be 50 different sites like youtube. That’s like google paying billions for rapidshare when you have hundreds of file sharing sites.
