Femme, seriously though, is it hate when you have an opinion? I think the "hate" term is used too loosely. IMO "Hate" is when you are doing someting to affect someone else negatively, the plotting, scemeing, planning type of stuff. But talking or expressing opinion, to me isn't hate.

Now, if I said that a certain individual wasn't pretty or was overrated, that represents an opinion. But if I called them a "b*tch, sl*t, who*e, I believe that crosses the line into hate because you are trying to damage a reputation or further discredit said individual.

To state that one is "overrated" by BGOL standards would mean that this board is obliterated with posts regarding said subject. Evidence proves to the contrary. Miss Mighty cannot even be accused of flooding BGOL for self-promotion.

But how can an opinion, be substantiated? Its just that, an OPINION. It needs no proof or documentation. If I say that I didn't like someone's hairstyle or their shoes, I don't need documentation of what's wrong with the shoes or the hairstyle, I just don't like it, its an opinion.
