Is Ignoring Somebody the Best or Worst thing to Do?

Sometimes ignoring someone is the best way to preserve your sanity. It makes them feel small, and gives you a magnanimous air.

In my life...its not the kind of emotions that can kill you.
If i dont get revenge then i just dont get it. I dont sit and stress out about it. Like i stated..i have patience. Ive waited over 10 years to "attack" a particular person.....there was no wasted energy between time.

But when i got him back it felt great! I actually got a big adrenaline rush out of it

there are people on this planet who just want to argue. No matter what you say, they will take a contrary position, because that's what makes them feel good about themselves. So you say left, they will say right, if you say up, they will say down. The issue does not matter, they will be on the other side because there is a need to argue in them (for whatever reason)....

these people are on my ig list. Life too short to argue for argument sake

A hour long conversation on a whole bunch of stuff that ended in the person walking away in digust because whenever his point got shot down, he'd use the old "change the subject" tactic and I wasn't falling for it.

Next time I just go back to ignoring

i feel ya, at my job there was a real pretty chick i had a brief relationship with, after i found out she was crazy i called it off, that didn't sit well, so we had a pretty heated argument on the job that ended up in Human Resources. I was in line to get a nice promotion, I still ended up getting it, but could've fkd that and my job up. Some of the older cats were telling me learn to ignore her, she's bitter, etc....The broad should've been fired but she was fine and had 1 of the supervisors trying to fk her. Anyways I decided to take the grown man route and ignore her and her antics. Since the broad was fine, it was rough because she tried to use her looks to flirt with ngz she use to tell me were lames. So she'd flirt with these ngz she use to never even acknowledge just to get at me and more importantly try to turn them against me. Broad told a mofo my sex wasn't shyt, broad told a mofo that my best friend was a big time dope dealer using his record label as front, she told mofo'z i think i'm all that because of my cars, and that I was always talking bout my money and shyt, she told them I was crazy about her, just lie after lie. All this time I got the text messages and voice messages of her begging me to pick up the phone, cussing because i didn't answer the phone, telling me she thinks she loves me, but I'm trying to take the high road and ignore. I wanted to tell all these mofo'z about her head game, i could've played the voice mail messages, i could've told some of her family secrets, i could have told her best friend all the shyt she use to talk about her, but I was trying to take the high road and also keep my job. It was eating me so bad I was gonna have my home girl whoop her ass, then like i said she was using a couple of weak ass ngz, telling them lies trying to turn them against me.....knowing she never use to talk to their lame asses, so I ended up cutting them off also. It was crazy, she ended up getting fired, she ran her mouth to the secretary and the secretary told HR. It really seems like me ignoring her made her more scandalous, but if I would've stooped to her level I may have been the one that got fired. Just like human resources told me, any little thing can be considered harassment, after our first incident they told us both to report to them if we had any more problems, i didn't and thankfully the broad ended up firing herself. I had 1 more similar incident, but it wasn't as messy and didn't go to hr. But after that I said I wasn't getting involved with any other chicks on the job. Its a big headache, it can cause problems while your in a relationship and it really can cause problems if you break up.

The rule of silence when your dealing with ngz? I use it often. I really fkd this one nga up by refusing to acknowledge him period, I treated him as if he didn't exist, then he gone come to me one day and apologize. The laws of silence works great with corporate ngz and good portion of hood ngz. Unfortunately there's that 1 breed that needs to get disciplined sometimes. But for the most part I always try to reason and be peaceful. Ngz who need to start shyt are miserable and to know their getting under your skin brings them pleasure. Ignore them.
