Is he funnier than Chappelle?

I think he's funnier than Kevin Hart. Dave Chappelle's comedy made history but not all of his specials were exceptionally funny. Bill is hilarious everytime. He was even funny in The Mandolorian, even though he tried not to be.

The Chappelle Show, in my mind, is what makes Dave stand out. I think Bill is a better stand up comic than Dave.
