You might be right.
Just like after 9/11 Feds stopped focusing on drugs as they normally would to focus on terrorism.
They may be stretched so thin with the focus on immigration so this may just be plead out with no real time.
The victims should focus on the civil case instead and I would add IHeart as a defendant to increase the possibility of being paid.
