I wouldn't doubt it these dudes are just banking on people's ignorance to understand if it sounds to good to be true,it probably is.
That Tony dude has a problem with everyone but I'm glad to see him exposing these dudes so no one else won't get taken to the bank.
Like that Brothur Polite character who wants people to send him 2000 so he can get them a credit line that they didn't know about that can get them anywhere from 20,000 to 250,000 that the government doesn't want black people to know about.
These dudes are going to fuck around and find out and stop giving them your money,unless you just want to.

The whole ‘flipping’ concept has always puzzled me. Real estate is a long term investment. I’ve owned real estate for almost 20 years. Multiple properties. You ain’t flipping shit but mortgage/maintenace/property taxes. The trick is to get a basis. So am I gonna sell my property, with a 3.25% interest rate for $25-50k profit? In this market?
