There is not another QB in the league that can run the ball in the way Newton has to for his squad. Kap is too small to play the same role. He would never last.

His stats aren't horrible, and his peers don't have nearly the rushing TDs or yards. If somehow Carolina is the only team that goes undefeated, he will get MVP regardless of stats.
