Iran’s own self-released video shows the flight path and missile track. At no point does it show the drone flying over Irianian land.
As a matter of fact, the tracking path of the missile demonstrates that it took a course that put it over water during its flight path - INTERNATIONAL WATERS.
The issue is simple: The UN and Global Maritime Law recognizes that a country’s territorial waters start 12 NAUTICAL MILES in from that country’s primary land mass or littoral waters and its contiguous zone at 24 miles.
Iran claims that the entire Straight of Hormuz is their territorial water, which at its narrowist point, is only about 20 nautical miles wide. As such, with such a narrow pass leading to two Gulfs, International Law forbades any one country from claiming that portion of water beyond its territorial buffer.
Iran’s claim is of course NOT in compliance with any recognized martime law and as such, blowing a drone of of the sky anywhere outside of the 12 nautical mile buffer is a direct violation of law and an act of war.

I don't need to re-read it. The U.S. government has not released anything to substantiate the claim that the drone was in international waters. If they had, we wouldn't be having conflicting reports from multiple intelligence agencies.
Here's what we do know though:
The U.S. continuously (and illegally) flies drones over Iranian airspace. This is a verifiable fact.
There is imagery of the drone debris in Iranian airspace
U.S. provocations of Iran have exponentially increased under the Trump regime.
John Bolton, who has always been hawkish on Iran, was the architect behind the WMD lies with Iraq.

B) If they were stealth, he wouldn’t have even been able to detect their take-off between all the chaff and RF clutter at low altitudes.
C) The Iranian’s said they tried to “communicate with the pilot” and tell him to turn around. i.e. they thought it was a manned plane - i.e. They didn’t ID the target or know what the hell the were shooting at - only that did didn’t respond to radio.
