iPhone 15 Pro Max

To trade in the iPhone 13 Pro Max with 128 Gb and get the @256Gb version of the pro max
I have to come out of pocket for about $356 and it ships mid October
to get the 512Gb version which is available to ships now, I have to fork $556
My trade in is valued at $365 with a balance added to the bill of $220, Phone is in excellent condition

This is crazy

You come out better just selling the phone. Why Iwait 36 months to receive the full trade-in value

I was thinking about getting a iPhone just to get the Ultra watch but that price changed my mind.. lol
So everyone is buying their product at a premium price year after year because of hype?

Lol... Did you watch that video from Bali where the people were RUNNING to the store to get in line for the iPhone, do you think that's amazing quality or hype?

Anyone cop an iPhone 15 since its release?

If you did, what carrier and did you experience any product delays getting new phone?

Enjoy this mfkr in intervals or get ready for the processor to be underclocked.

Apple took a shortcut and now it's overheating like an Xbox....

"Our iPhone 15 Pro passes the 40°C mark within five minutes of running the 3DMark Wild Life stress test. Wait until the end of the 20-minute run, and the phone’s 47°C peak verges on too hot to hold. The Galaxy S23 Ultra doesn’t do great here either, but the iPhone 15 Pro is 5.7% hotter, and any handheld device approaching 50°C with any workload is worrisome."

"The Wall Street Journal conducted its own tests and found that their iPhone 15 Pro Max reached 106 degrees Fahrenheit while charging, and 112 degrees when charging and doing other intensive tasks. The publication also published a video showing its thermal tests on the phone. Apple declined to comment to the Journal about their findings."

saw a post on that cooling fan and thought it was a joke smh dudes really going to get hooking up that fan to game on a phone?
Yes they will...

What I noticed is, there are people who are intrigued at the many things these little devices can do and will expound on those things...

One thing I try to do with my phone, is have that thing make money for me.

Ahhhh fuck… see now I was gonna pull the trigger tonight and get one.. but now the overheating issue?

This is gonna be a 11 month L for Apple

The only software fix is to put a limit on processor.......

So what good is having a best in class processor if it's stuck in 4th gear and performs very similar to last year's?

I tell you what tho.....that 16 Pro is gonna be a monster..... they've got at least 5 extra months now to work on it!! Hahaha

Not all that surprised. Aluminum dissipates heat faster. Sounds like they didn't qc those heatsinks as thoroughly against that frame as they should've
