Brother and I said wattup to Kampmann back in October 2010 at the Cheesecake Factory in Anaheim (he was fighting Shields the next night). Bro' was like - "Ey ... that's Kampmann over there reading the menu waiting to be seated ..." :lol: - we were checking out Disneyland and the event that week :lol:

Yes - he's had his ups and downs in recent years with the losses to Koscheck / Diaz (one of the best fights of 2011 - one of the best rounds in history) / Woodley / most recent loss to the Japanese fighter).

Definitely a great fight there on Bellator with Curran/Warren. I picked Curran with my choices on http://www.tapology.com as he's a solid fighter and underrated still by many. Great wins over Marlon Sandro and Joe Warren in the past number of months. Props to the cat on his $100,000 tournament win and his championship belt win Friday evening.

We're kinda fucked here in Canada with our programming.

http://www.thescore.com will be covering the main card live for Bellator on Friday evenings. The timeslot has long been WWE's. It used to air live on Saturday nights in Canada and the US for MTV2 and The Score viewers. We get the tape delay on Saturday evening and Sunday (or later in the week). As for TUF ... you have to have FX Canada with your package, so Rogers Sportsnet (they have 4 - 5 stations) will be carrying it via tape delay later in the evening. They have long covered TUF programming and worked well with SPIKE (when TUF used to be on there). Whereas for Bellator prelims - I still gather they stream on http://www.spike.com ?
 
So what did you guys think of the live TUF show? I'm going to reserve my judgment for now since it's only 1 show, but the 1st one has me worried. There were times during replayas when it was just dead silence:confused:. I was like :eek: somebody say something!!

I don't know if it's the personalities or what but i'm nervous how this season is going to turn out.

last few seasons were wack I pretty much never tuned in after a few episodes...this season they made changes...I see some decent fighters so far I will keep tuning in...Faber & Cruz pretty boring ...they need to but some real rivals on the show...
 
Not sure if Rampage can still fight with both of his knees messed up, but Shogun definiely has Rampages number. Luckily, there's no headkicks.:smh:

The format is definitely intriguing.

According to Dana White and others ... there were plenty of people in attendance at the UFC gym for the premiere episode. FOX / FX executives ... members of the media, etc. Definitely came across as quiet though with the NO COMMENTARY format of TUF over the years, and how reserved Cruz, Faber, and White were with their light remarks from cageside.

I didn't know this. I watched it last night and that Lloyd Woodard vs Patricky Pitbull fight was crazy.:eek:



TUF Live pulled out all the stops with both fighters Justin Lawrence and Cristiano Marcello could've been fighting in the finals tonight.
It was nice how Lawrence turned it into a boxing match.:cool:

Thanks, bro. Yeah ... for a number of months http://www.spike.com was only carrying the PRELIMS. Whereas the main card was MTV2 / EPIX in the States, and The Score in Canada. The change to Friday nights from Saturday fucked things up for us Canadians ... so now they stream it live on Fridays at http://www.thescore.com and then air it on tape delay Saturday nights and sometimes on Sunday as well. So I usually just record it now with the new season, but I might be able to check it out (main card) now with the Spike set-up. Cool to hear.

I heard the Woodard fight was good ... also the WEEDMAN fight. How did you like that one?
