How many Craig Bond movies were there? They did well at the box office for sure. But his movies are not better films than More and Connery.

a lot of Bond movies. Moore was a pussy. I prefer Bond more gritty. Tim Dalton did better than Moore.

I been saying this shit for years- just make Idris one of the other "double 0" agents. You get the diversity the studio is looking for, the crackas get to keep their holy grail of whiteness unblemished, you could build a second franchise out of another double 0 agent - you release a new movie every 2 or 3 of years instead of every 4 or 5, and then you have them ninjas team up avenger style in a movie and make ALL the money.

Eggsy would’ve made a decent Bond but his youth might’ve been an issue. Doesn’t exactly fit the gentleman’s mould of maturity in that regard.

Casino Royale, Skyfall, and No time to die were 3 of the best 10 or so Bond films of all time IMO. Quantum was trash and SPECTRE was an utter disappointment, but 3 classic outta 5 is damn good. Not even Connery has a better ratio.

There have been mentions of other agents thru-out the movies since the 1960s.
A few times we have seen other agents.
Idris could easily play a different “00” agent along with other actors doing the same.
Make a “James Bond” universe with separate films and bring them all together for one big “Avengers” type movie every few years.

James Bond is a commander in the British Navy. One those Raymond Reddington types. The only Black commander of the Royal Navy I know of is John Perkins from the 1780's. With that being said I am glad to not see Idris Elba play the role of James Bond. Or any other Black man for that matter. James Bond is a handmaiden of WASP supremacy.
