The clear assumption is that trump can do and say as he pleases because he is wealthy and politically connected. He will thus be able to skirt the consequences and repercussions that most people face when they do or say whatever, regardless of how it affects or impacts other people.
Ask yourself what would have happened to Mr. O'Shea if he had incited an armed mob to approach the US capital. Is that the kind of power he aspires to have?
