I was just browsing, and out no where the Blue screen came on.

it said like " Windows has detected an error....." and there was a countdown of my hard drive by deleted.

I turned off my laptop, then installed AVG.

anyone know about that shit...is it a virus.?

It's Happend To Me Too.. Sorry I Don't Know What's The Cause But So Far It Only Happens When My Pc Get Too Hot Or When I Have Too Much Stuff Going On... But When You Find Out Anything About It Please Tell Me...

The only reason that happens on laptops is because your CPU overheats. You gotta open up your laptop and clean all the dust from the vents and around the cpu. That's it. Nothing else.

I wanted to buy a Dell laptop this weekend but I'm hearing too many stories about PC laptops in general and seen some shit myself...they do not seem as sturdy as Mac laptops at all...I had my Mac laptop for maybe around 6-7 years now and not one single problem...

If the CPU starts to overheat, the computer turns off instantly, not blue screen. He has to either look at the small dumpfile and/or look for the error code in the blue screen.
