Congrats! My bro built a crib out there..i think it was for like 250. Joint got like 5 rooms, 3 bath, basement which he can make into 2 more rooms if he want, 2 car garage, lawn, backyard...easily an 800,000 house in NY.

One of my partners bout to build a crib somewhere GA also. Out there you can get more for less. I love NY, but its not worth the gwop you got to pay.
