Thats the thing, ambition has to already be in the guy. It cant be given to him by a woman nor anyone else. The guys that are "fixin" to do things are definitely red flags. But the guys that are already in the mix and on the grind is a different story. Alot of times women cant differentiate because their emotions cloud their judgement, but the true nature of a man's character is there from the door. Also, actions speaks louder than words, so if he's talking about going back to school for a whole year and never took any iniative, then he definitely wont in the future....
