You can use a host like imagebam.com
We used to be able to copy and paste to the board but now you have to use the url and then use "insert image" to post the pic.
Twitter and IG shit, you use "insert media."

I don't get the impression that you're reading your feedback. You've asked this before also.
You have to find a host website to upload to, and then post the link to your content. Try streamable, its free and no signup. I've not used it, but heard its ok.

Gifs are inserted as images. What issues are you having?
The gif below is from tenor, as you can see. The URL is inserted as an image and the gif shows as you see under the URL.
If it's from Giphy, then THEY provide the URL on their site, just copy to clipboard and insert the image for the same result.
For those who CREATE their own gifs using Red GIF, imagur, and other platforms...that may vary from source to source I guess. I don't use them like all that so I can't really confirm it.

Yep and yep. Welp the picture or gif is from google search which I guess is from a website
In Bing, the inital image is not the actual url, I have to click on the picture or gif itself so that it opens in a new tab to get the actual url.
Give that a try.
If your phone us android, hold your thumb on the pic until you get a choice to open in a new window. You may have to do it a few times in each window until the pic is isolated from the site. In the address bar the pic's address will end in 'gif' or 'jpg'. Copy the address and paste it in the media window. Sometimes you can just paste the address not ending with jpg or gif directly in your post window and it works. The key is to get the address of the pic.
I use Mozilla Firefox. Right click on the image, view image info, click on media, scroll to whatever photo you want, highlight and copy location...BGOL insert image and paste.
new board fucked everything up.... I've made several requests to @HNIC on whether he's gonna fix that...... now you have to actually save an image.... then upload it to an image sharing site like this to post it..... it's hard to find sites that do pics that aren't family friendly
