No, non-human animals do not have consciences let alone morals. People often conflate adaptive behavior, complexity and intelligence and site a lot of scientifically unfounded anecdotal shit. This is sufficiently established in the cognitive sciences.

Also, when comparing humans to other animals, what constitutes intelligence is often misconstrued and people come up with all kinds of wrong assertions. Look up "The Clever Hans Effect" and if you're really interested in this topic here's a good article from the philosophical perspective:
