Since it seems you are determined not to believe, no amount of "evidence" or "quotes" would convince you. It's like cops who are determined to convict a man who may be innocent. No amount of persuasion or evidence to the contrary usually makes them change their minds. Until of course DNA proves the wrongly convicted person innocent 25 or so years later.

What is amazing is that we as mankind have been able to look at our universe and figured some of it out and even come up with the facts and figures as we have. We are able to put the Hubble space telescope up there to capture these incredible images and we can calculate the size of stars like VY Canis Majoris. All this knowledge contained in a 2 pound human brain. The human mind is as amazing as the universe is vast. To me all this is, among so many other facts, proof of the existance of God. Great post!
