Another reason why chemicals will mess you up. They never tell you the whole truth about this stuff. Gardasil is the vaccine that helps with only 4 of the many possible cancers that are caused by HPV.
There are ads running here in Canada trying to force parents to have their 14year olds daughters vaccinated.

If there are some of you who have young daughters teach them about having safe sex rather than subject them to this stuff. That just my CDN 2c....

If it was unproven it wouldnt get FDA approval. do you know how many lawsuits they would be open to. besides it takes 7-10 years of testing for a drug to hit the market unless there is strong data showing that the benefits outweight the risk. also it isnt about trusting your daughter. she could have the finest morals in the world and still become infected, even as an adult. most of the carriers arent even aware they have it because the largest part of the population dont show outward signs of the warts. safe sex dont always prevent it because it is spread from skin to skin contact it could be on the crotch you know

there is a difference between ending push for mandatory vaccines and saying the effectiveness is unproven or unknown. i specifically studied the stats of the vaccines during my schooling and the results were actually impressive.
any drug has potential side effects. all vaccines have side effects. some serious and some not. some common and some uncommon. if the DANGEROUS side effects for gardasil were proven to be common then the drug would not have been approved. these effects usually occur in a small population. it is better than an unsuspecting woman not being able to have kids or dying of cervical cancer when it could have been avoided. you can develop pulmonary embolism from birth control pills, reyes syndromes gastroenteritis and GI bleeds from aspirin, kidney and liver damage from antibiotics. should i continue

just to kinda go one step further, you know cervical cancer is the #1 cause of cancer related deaths among women right. I just think if there is a vaccine to prevent it, it would seem smart to get it. I know i am careful about what i do, but i would still be tempted to get an HIV vaccine if an FDA approved one was to come out.
9/10 when the FDA approves a drug (besides the Cox-2 inhibitors) it is safe for the majority of people. Correct me if i am wrong but there havent been too many drugs in the last 10-20 years with FDA approval to be found unsafe besides the Cox-2 inhibitors

please dont mention drugs like paxil or prozac (psychtrophs). true people that were taking these commit suicide, but they were taking them in the first place due to mental instability. just remember, when a drug is marketed or sold the patient is or should be aware of the side effects. they are easily obtained and usually listed on the package.

i think medicine and vaccines are truly a blessing for us. if u dont agree ask many of our brothers and sisters in africa that die from shit we are imune to over here from those injections that many take for granted.
However, at the end of the day, i see where you are coming from and completely respect your opinion, i just dont agree
