I don't mean to sound like Blunt or be on Howard's side, but Howard's rating are wayyyy higher then the Foxxhole. I don't think that battling the Foxxhole, will increase Sterns ratings.

Howard exposed that nobody is watching the foxxhole. Hell the people on bgol don't watch the foxhole live, and you can tell that nobody is listening to foxxhole, because they rarely get phone calls.
Why would you attack a non popular station for ratings?
One of the reasons why I don't listen to the Friday show that much anymore. They do sound like suckups when Jamie is around. This is why i mainly listen to The Foxxhole Comedy Corner, the Corey Holcolm Show and The Voice of Reason.
He's not going to get any attention trashing Foxxhole. Howards's right, no one knows listens to Foxxhole and the only people who do listen to it probably think its a podcast that Jamie does since it probably gets downloaded by more people than actually listen to it on Sirius live. They should actually be glad that Howard mentioned them.
if you listen to any of the channels on sirius besides the stern channels the only people who call in are those truck drivers that refer to themselves as the black trucker mafia. Without stern Sirius would collapse worst than they have.

On everything else (i.e. Stern Show vs Foxxhole) I stand neutral. But what's being said about Gabaourney is what EVERYBODY said about Oprah about thirty years ago - especially the so-called militants. I seem to remember Lonette McGhee (who is still FINE) being at the top of the game around 81/82...
I'd bet Oprah whispered the advice of ages into that young sister's ear and she won't look back. Even if she never makes another movie again.
I have satellite radio and I don't even know what time the actual live shows come on the Foxxhole. I usually catch the repeat when i goto bed.
howard Stern has a stake in Sirus/XM. It benefits him financially for Jamie's station to succeed. That was why he made damn sure to keep saying what a "stand up" guy Jamie was and that his crew was the problem. In the next year or so, I fully expect Jamie's crew to get "upgraded".

Actually, if everybody said this about Oprah back in the day, they were right. Howard was talking about Hollywood leading lady roles, not being a talk show host, etc. Oprah played a similar type role like Gaborey in the Color Purple and you never saw her again in a big movie role even though she got good reviews. Oprah/Tyler act like they don't know Hollywood actually thinking that Gaborey has a future in Hollywood looking the way she looks. Of course she might get a couple of sidekick roles here and there but all she had to do is take a look around the room during the Oscars. Not saying its right, but how many big black women do you see that had long careers in Hollywood?

I don't either. I finally ran into Sheryl Underwood's show last week flipping around. It comes on at a strange times. I only knew about Jamie's show because he came on Howard's show to promote it back when it first started...

i don't fuk with stern but it's doubtful that sheit was said solely for ratings. stern has a whole dayum cable channel to himself. radio show with hundreds of thousands of paying subscribers all over the world. the foxxhole is loved by folks but tha sheit ain't on the same level as sterns.
