How would you deal with disloyalty????

Long story short......about 2 months ago, i helped a dude (black) get a job with my team,...even though he lacked the necessary experience.
I come to find out from a couple of my other co-workers on my team, that this dude just out the blue
told my supervisor that i had 2 job interviews with other companies while i was away in DC.
He knows that I know now.....and he's keeping his distance. In all honesty, I can have this dude shown his walking papers asap.
Trying to figure out how to play this shit the right way......cuz this dude has really pissed me off something seriously.[/QUOTE. ]

CHI i dont know all the parameters on this but...is it true that you do have 2 interviews (yes / no). if true, then you are doing right, get the next job and move on with life. cut him off, he knows he is fucked for life...bc if he doesnt cut it at the job, he will get his walking papers soon enough. however, if you are in management things will get dicey bc you helped him get on board, your leadership will question your motives and decision making ability bringing this guy in and then wanting to get rid of him. YOUR MOVES ARE DEFINITELY INDUSTRY DEPENDENT...if you are in the industry that can cut him loose without it reflecting on you...do it. if not, let him live and move on...knowing he cant come to you when shit get hot, and it will. it always does.

As of last Friday.....that nigga is now part of the unemployment rate.
Couldn't deal with him and his bullshit any longer. He pulled another shady move
with another guy on my team while I was out of town for the past 2 weeks.
Mufucka had to go. I heard he was crying and cussin on his way out the door.
