How will Tim Tebow do in the NFL???

You can't help but hear the name Tim Tebow any time the subject of college football comes up in the media and I realize that Tebow is a very good college QB but what will he do in the NFL?

I just don't see him being a standout QB in the NFL, I remember seeing him have trouble against the speed of the Michigan defense in the 2008 Capital One Bowl and he will have to deal with a lot more speed in the NFL.

So what do you think?

The only people who think he'll be a succesful QB are crackas who look at him as the great white hope and niggas who don't know the game. He doesn't have the skill set of a NFL QB. My old college coach is now an NFL assistant, and told me that most teams are looking to use him as a H-Back/Tight End type of player when he gets to the L because of his strength and speed. That being said, they don't even know if he has hands so he probably won't be off the board until day 2. At Florida he doesn't have to make the type of throws that QBs in other systems make, which isn't good. There isn't one quarterback to come from Urban Meyer's system that has been succesful in the NFL. Not Josh Harris, Omar Jacobs, or Alex Smith.
I wouldnt be surprised to see him running in the wildcat or some shit though

Hes never been under center but the more I watch Florida games the more I notice that... He never makes reads or tough throws. They only run screens and curls and they always send a guy deep to lift the coverage and take the safties out of the equation. Thats when hes actually asked to make a throw, otherwise they run the option 40 times a game. Im now convinced he either cant read a defense, cant make tough throws or both. I dont care what kind of offense your running, if you have a QB who has the tools to pass... Thats what you do. The coaches are covering up the fact that he isnt a real QB. When Chris was there, they threw, not all the do is run the option with great athletes. Tebow is a fraud.

That's the truth. He has always had trouble reading zone coverage and also dropping back to pass from under center. He's never been okay doing that.

Many of his interceptions have come from not being able to read the defense correctly, because by the time the ball gets off, usually the first guy to touch it is on the other team.

It's amazing (and sick at times) how much he is praised now, but when it comes to NFL prospects, there are QBs from the MAC that have a better shot at getting drafted higher than him...

Legitimate football talk - Florida has a great system. But there system is mediocre at best to even what the Lions run or teh Raiders. Urban is exactly the 2009 version of Spurrier. Great knowledge of trickeryt and pitches and 5 reciever sets and all that lame college stuff, with absolutely no knowledge of how to get there player to the next level.

I honestly wouldnt even give Urban that much credit. Mike Leach from Texas Tech is more like Spurior. But to be fair to Urban, most college coaches in reality could care less about sending people to the pros. They want to win at the level theyre at. My beef has never been with Myer, its the Tebow lovefest. That offense has looked worse and worse the longer Tebow runs it. When Leak was there it was like a perfectly tuned racecar. Now its just a rice rocket with a loud muffler. I pisses me off that anyone with out their head up Floridas ass can see that Tebow is really just a fullback with a decent arm. Man yo, I've been hearing all this crap about him for four years now...It makes no damn sense to me at all...You think the Brett Favre shit is bad? Any, I mean ANY game involving the SEC will mention his name

And to make matters worse, Tebow wasn't the first guy the Gators were after...I heard some other QB was going to be there ahead of him...
