SEO is for Search Engine Optimization.

Basically, people search for stuff every second on search engines. This is a method of building websites for specific subjects on search engines (mainly google since they have the most search traffic).

For example: "blue plastic cups" (not a real example).

You research and find out that "blue plastic cups" has alot of paying traffic (this is what you use Market Samuari for).

SEO is the technique to build a page about "blue plastic cups" and get it to the first few results on the first page of google to cash in.

Usually, the more to the top you get, the more traffic you get and the more $$ you are able to get on valuable search terms.

Traffic = $$ by using various methods (adsense, amazon, affiliate marketing...etc).

But...you have to find the right term...that has enough traffic and that you have offers for that will make it worth your efforts and time.

You also have to make it acceptable to Google for them to move you to the top of the first page over everyone elses page(the hard part)

Thats what the challenge videos are all about.
