How to correctly post/embed a facebook video....

UPDATE!!!!- THIS CAN ALSO BE USED TO POST VIDEOS FROM OTHER SITES WHICH DON'T OFFER EMBED CODE AS LONG AS THE VIDEO HAS A NUMERIC CODE IN THE URL

Get the Facebook video ID

i) Go to that video page which you want to embed (for example we will use this video URL http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150306805315370)

ii) Every Facebook video have a unique ID which you will get in video URL
For our example video URL, video ID is 10150306805315370
Now copy that video ID and replace it with VIDEO-ID in below code

< iframe src="http://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id=VIDEO ID/" width="640" height="360" frameborder="0"></iframe >


***After you replace it, it will look something like this

UPDATED:

Now place the edited code to your blog or website wherever you want to embed

***REMOVE SPACE AFTER THE FIRST <

why do yall go through all that trouble?
i just click on the "Media" button....

then copy & paste whatever the url is in the embed field.......then click on "Embed"
and let the site do it for me.....and post the video.
