I still don't understand why identity theft doesn't land you under the jail

Because white people are one of the main culprits in doing it… lot of money crimes were by white peoples and why they got smaller sentences ,slap on the wrist probation , house arrest.. us black and Latin people weren’t supposed to find out about their criminal specialties

I usually buy my gift cards located right by the cashier. The gift cards that are prone to being compromised are on a rack somewhere in large quantities that is not being monitored. The scammers need to restock or reshelve the compromised cards in bulks or large quantities for it to be financially worth it. That is impossible to do when the gift cards are literally right by the cashier or cash register without setting off major red flags or alarms.
