You know this is going to take work, because I'm such a picky eater and drinker. I don't drink tea, don't like coconut, and ginger waters, can I subsitute this for GingerAle? yeah I've heard about the Apple Cider (this is do-able)
What juices are on the market that may be a start until I can try others, or what am I looking for on the label that I want to stay away from?
They have them, but it can become expensive. Acai berry juice, carrot juices, pomegranet juice. Add fresh blue berries and rasberries to plain yogurt and this will greatly reduce yeast (Candida) that is associated with diabetis melintus.
I started juicing celery and carrots and the amount of energy that you get is very high.
If you get to an international grocery store you will save big time on health food.
Especially a Korean market.
They might look at you a little funny because most of our Brethern and sistahood are not hip to it.
I save big time on veggys and spices at farmers markets as well.
They give me Big grocery bags of everything for like $7.
As you see how Asians really eat and shop some will share their secrets.
