I think it's more factors that go into that and need to be considered...

For instance, a car with 300 miles that's had the oil changed religiously, tired rotated, Trans flushed on time, drove 80% of those miles on the highway, inside cleaned, shampoo'd, & leather conditioned every 6 months....
