And a big booty bitch to go with it

I'm made a 19 cheese macaroni and cheese last year. This year, I'm probably adding more cheeses. Why? Cuz I can. I discovered Grandpa's Cheese Barn and, well, it's gonna be off the chain

For a base I use Patti LaBelle's 7 cheese recipe, but I tweak it

2 eggs
½ cup heavy cream
1½ cups milk
salt & pepper
1 cup smoked cheddar cheese, shredded
6-8 oz. velvetta, shredded
1 cup sharp cheddar
1 cup Colby & Monterey Jack, shredded (cheese blend)

Several. For the stronger cheeses like gorgonzola, feta and the like, I'm only going to use a touch.

My roommate silently clowned me last year when I made it. I left a pan here and took one with me to Indiana. I got a text after I got to Fort Wayne that him and his girl smashed it...the entire thing...and wasn't ashamed at all (he knew I had more cheese mixed in the fridge).

Some people on social media are clowning, but I can give two shakes. I know what I'm doing

At least sour cream is milk based, adds creaminess and a lil tang. How much good bud were you smoking to come up with cashew butter? Coming in here passing out munchie based recipes. SMH. I'm grating my cheese watching Coming to America tonight. You got to watch a movie you've seen before when you cook. It's impossible to watch a movie AND cook

My grandma and now my sister cooked with ingredients i’m familiar with like this and their Mac and cheese was/is DELICIOUS. I’m looking at the comments in here like BGOL full of culinary chefs with all these different cheeses, and ingredients
 
I ended up with gouda, colby jack blocks, sharp cheddar and Muenster.

Will start my dish here in a few hours.

If you use munster cut the orange rind off. It can float to the top right and cook up hard throwing off the textures. Freeze it 30 min to make it easier to grate.
