How do you make your Chicken Brine?

After watching niggas cook on IG, I took note and tried some things out myself. I created some brine for my chicken and let them breasts soak for a few hours. The chicken came out mad tender and juicy. God damn.

I just combined some shit from different videos to make mine. What do you put in yours?

I used: milk, pickle juice, pepper, paprika, and some Tabitha Brown “sweet n Smokey” seasoning.

Apple cider brine is my go to.

I always soak for 24 hours. In the recipe below I use the cheapest apple juice, not Martinellis.

Ingredients

3 C Water

1 C Apple juice

1 C Apple Cider Vinegar

3 Bay Leaves

3 Sprigs Thyme

2 T Whole Peppercorns

1 C Brown Sugar

½ C Kosher Salt

4 C ice

1 Whole Chicken (about 3-4 lbs)

¼ C Olive Oil

Don't forget a brine bucket.

I got this exact set off Amazon.
