Court Order. Does he have mail coming there? Call the police. They'll remove him but i think depending on the state you're in, if he has mail coming there he is legally a resident. And you need a court order to keep him from the premises.
That way if he shows up again you call the cops and he violates a court order, and he's in jail for 30 days.

This is the assumption we're working under, you've got a guy living in YOUR house and you want him to leave but he won't leave. If you live in an apartment, and he's not on the lease....you can make him leave by simply getting the apartment people to evict you. If you live in an house...there's no way to get him to leave other than calling the cops.
Or you could shoot him. Or have Bruno n dem come over and remove him.
