Real quiet block and quiet area in general. Riverdale Diner my spot to and the brew house down the block got some banging wings, Bronx Alehouse

the area is a nice spot. I live up the hill. That whole area by the college & further back is just as dope. Its more jewville tho... the whole area really is made up of the jews who moved from fordham road & kingsbridge.... kingsbrdg is tons nicer than anything past fordham rd.

That Riverdale area & north.... you dnt see dog shit on the street, people sleeping on the street.... domincants & puerto ricans or dominicans on scooters or mopeds. Dope views, and access to the supermarket, bj's aldi's, bestbuy, park, train, & 2 highways. Lehman College has nice concerts during the summer.

some of the few neighborhoods that have buildings w/ doormen. At least 2 buildings on my block have garages for the tenants, 4 in total. A lot of the buildings have parking the further up you go.... go too

I'm so glad I've been fortunate enough to have never had to pay rent in my entire life.

Fuck paying $2000+ for a shoebox when you could have a mortgage on a multi bedroom/bathroom home for $1500.
