yes, just takes a little work to have money tracked. lots of ways. a simple way is just to give out prepaid cards and track all purchases. anything not purchased for the betterment of the child comes to you as owed money for taxes or a tax burden.
Why? I know a nigga who has 9 kids by 5 different women, muthafucka don't take care of none of them, talking about "that's what the government is for". So its 5 women that I personally know let a deadbeat inpregnate them. 2 of my nieces both with advanced degrees one graduated at the top of her class got inpregnated by some no good niggas neither one baby daddies as far as I know contribute. 70% of all Black children born out of wedlock. Imma tell you like the nigga with the 5 baby mama's told me "you better get in where you fit in. Because if I'm not getting broke off I don't want to see nobody else get broke off!!!!!

You know what you’re somewhat right here. My bad, I’m coming from place where I would want all black people getting this money to use it to put there kids into some kind of stem or tutoring. Shit it was a cool 1200 for 6 months of coding for my son. Now I’d govt was giving me that much per seed that where it would go and into college fund.
Reason I think you should care is those kids that get left behind and most times don’t become productive member or have greatest hurdles to overcome. This money could help alleviate some the obstacles out in front of them if the money is used correctly.
