Tariq posted this and is catching heat for it. Cacs are trying to say dude was on the spectrum...wrong!
He admitted he was not only drunk but he's also gay af. Fuck his crying ass.

If it were me I would have claimed to be drunk on the job too. Alcoholism carries a lot less stigma than mental illness.

That said, if I'd reached my breaking point at a job where management was constantly fucking up and leaving me to take the shit all for it on my own I probably would have quit on the spot.

He's softer than baby pajamas.

.... And the worst possible person they could have hired for that job.

Then again, when management doesn't do their job or at least support the staff when customers complain about it these are the kind of employees you get.

My gut instinct is telling me the guy videotaping is wrong. Way fucking wrong.

I don't believe in kicking people when they're down dude seemed a little off. I probably would have tried to calm him down instead of instigating and antagonizing him. Somebody is going to pay the price for that manic attack hope its not some innocent person he comes across on his way home.

Taking race outta the equation, for a second.

If you have ever worked within any customer service environment, The brotha with the camera is just being a Karen (Kareem). It appears there was an issue with reservations or booking, and he's taking it out on someone who has NO power. He's continuing to berate him, and antagonize him, when all he needs to do is call corporate for further assistance, but no....he has to make it personal. I hate people like this.

Exactly.

Not only did this guy have no power, he didn't even have the ability to refer the customer to someone else. Can't say for certain, but I bet my first born child that they didn't even train him on the proper way to deal with this very common problem.

Instead he's supposed to figure it all out on the fly and get even more shit from his boss if he gets it wrong.

Meanwhile, he's working a dangerous job that he could lose any minute if old man covid decides to surge again.

Again, if it had been me I would have responded by saying "you know what? Fuck you and fuck this job." And immediately walked out.

But you have all your senses. That kid clearly is lacking a couple things.

What he lacks most is a sense of "fuck it". Dude took that shitty job WAY too seriously. Acting like his whole world would collapse if he didn't make the customer happy.

This is the kind of guy who would burn the onion rings and stick his head in the deep fryer

Its amazing how many people are sent out on jobs without proper training, escalation points, or the necessary resources to get the job done.

We use the DC Blox datacenter here in birmingham to house our data center and my boss had to go by for something and forgot his badge, the girl was lost as to what to do. How are you in charge of MILLIONS of DOLLARS of data and not have an a.b.c. playbook for the staff??? She had to call 2 different people to find out all she needed was his Drivers License a signature and give him a temporary badge.

The elevator music in the background has got me rolling.
Mufucka lost all his marbles to a soundtrack and shit

The guy holding the cam sounded like Robin Harris aspecially when he says "...Wow".

But yeah,it's the world we live in where everything is recorded and there's no right or wrong here it just is and hopefully they get buddy some help and move him to room service or some shit.

Those punches and computer screen was really that complaining guys face he was doing that too but he settled on himself and the computer screen instead.
